The Town of Canton is currently revising its "Master Plan", the Plan of Conservation and Development. C.A.R.E., a grassroots Smart Growth advocacy group, will explain the importance of the plan to Canton's future, and how and why all Canton residents, property owners and business owners should take part in its creation.
